Daily rhythm (90-minute blocks)
Block 1 — Ship (morning)
Code, design, or publish. No AI research rabbit holes. Use your code agent for implementation; you make decisions.
Block 2 — Grow (midday)
One marketing action: post, email, outreach, or SEO brief. Batch with AI; edit like a human.
Block 3 — Operate (afternoon)
Support, admin, metrics review. AI drafts replies; you send.

Agent workflows that actually help solos
1. Research brief

- Backup: Git push daily; database snapshots weekly
- Legal: Terms, privacy policy, and disclaimers before scaling ads
- Health: Solo sprint pace burns out — one full day off per week non-negotiable
Launch checklist + pinned prompt
- Week 1: Stack chosen; repo + landing page live
- Week 2: Core feature or lead magnet shipped
- Week 3: One distribution channel active
- Week 4: First paying customer or 100 email subs
